Sales Manager – Central Regional Manager

An excellent opportunity for a resourceful and well-motivated sales executive with proven experience in selling high-value capital equipment to commercial printers and packaging converters.


Responsible for Direct/Indirect sales activities in DACH countries
Finding new customers in order to expand and increase sales.
Prospect, Nurture, Negotiate and Close sales opportunities.

Experience and skills:

Experience in selling High Value Capital Equipment to Commercial printers & Packaging Converters.
Experience selling new Technology Solutions and convincing customers about new business opportunities and new ways of working,
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Contract/commercial negotiation experience.

Strong presentation and sales skills
Ability to plan, lead and execute complex processes
Strong sense of urgency and results oriented
Strong Entrepreneurial and Team spirit skills
Capable of performing with a small staff and shared resources.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Fluent in German and English
