Sales Administrator

Job tasks:

Administrative tasks in support of the sales organization:

Meeting planning and coordination

Meeting notes and follow-up on action items

Maintenance of shared sales repository of information for sales organization

Assist with booking of travel and accommodation

Customer related tasks:

Handle basic information requests from customers and partners

Coordination / scheduling of customer meetings and calls

Communicate practical and logistics information to customers related to demos, customer samples and tests

To follow and maintain Sales contracts, and to track the fulfillment of these contacts

To be the point of contact to customers for installations and shipments of machines and consumables

Liaison with headquarters:

Liaise with logistics for shipments of customer samples and tests

Liaise with marketing services for collateral, samples, business cards etc.

Reporting / tracking:

Implement basic tracking and reporting related to specific projects and activities

Issue standard reporting and tracking information

Qualifications:

Team player capable of working in fast paced and mult task environment

Strong communication skills – both internally as well as externally towards customers and partners

Fluent spoken and written English

Computer literate with Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Understanding of logistic processes
