Administrative tasks for the HR department:
- Initiation and implementation of projects from beginning to end like producing company movie and presentations, sourcing of suppliers from Israel and overseas, negotiations, purchasing.
- Ongoing support of employee welfare: birthdays, holiday gifts etc.
- Production of company events and meetings
- Production of holiday events
- Recruitment (in collaboration with Recruitment Manager)
- Building training programs for new employees and managers
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in a recruiting company – an advantage
- Willingness to work fulltime and overtime when required
- Excellent personal relations, service-oriented, organized
- English writing and reading at a high level
- Ability to complete projects from start to finish
