Job Description:

Administrative tasks for the HR department:

  • Initiation and implementation of projects from beginning to end like producing company movie and presentations, sourcing of suppliers from Israel and overseas, negotiations, purchasing.
  • Ongoing support of employee welfare: birthdays, holiday gifts etc.
  • Production of company events and meetings
  • Production of holiday events
  • Recruitment (in collaboration with Recruitment Manager)
  • Building training programs for new employees and managers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a recruiting company – an advantage
  • Willingness to work fulltime and overtime when required
  • Excellent personal relations, service-oriented, organized
  • English writing and reading at a high level
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to complete projects from start to finish
