Highcon will be introducing the new generation Highcon Euclid digital cutting and creasing machine for the first time at Graph Expo 2014. This will be Highcon’s first public presentation of its game-changing technology in North America.
Appearing in booth #1262, Highcon will be inviting printers and converters to see live demos of the brand new Highcon Euclid II+ digital converting solution for paper, cardboard, labels and microflute, which eliminates the need for a conventional die.
The Highcon Euclid brings huge benefits in design flexibility, supply chain management and shelf appeal. The patented Digital Adhesive Rule Technology (DART) for creasing and the array of high-powered lasers and optics for cutting, enable intricate cutouts, partial cutting, and marking in one pass.
This move to digital converting translates into higher profitability for short run packages, labels, greeting cards and promotional items with infinite design flexibility.
The Euclid II series demonstrates performance improvements to substrate handling, software, and production capabilities.
