General Purpose

Highcon is looking for someone energetic and creative to join a small, highly dynamic marketing team. This unique individual will lead the development and implementation of Highcon’s marketing strategy and activities in Americas.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Establish marketing, content and promotional activities including:
  • Develop marketing content for email newsletters, blog, online campaigns, case studies, sales presentations, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team and key customers on marketing initiatives
  • Ongoing support of key marketing systems and lead qualification (marketing automation, CRM, Pardot used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Interaction with sales and sales support to Americas sales team
  • Participate in events and develop webinars
  • Work closely with marketing and product marketing managers, MarCom staff, graphic designers, HR team on production of events and materials
  • Requires travel
  • Regular working hours, with some evening hours during the week (instead of morning hours)

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, including writing content
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Technical marketing skills, relevant product, and industry knowledge – an advantage
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with startup work methods - advantage
  • Experience in graphic design and marketing automation tools – an advantage

  • Fluent English (verbal and written) - essential
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and marketing automation - advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, quick-learner and detail-oriented
