DESCRIPTION

Description

  • Receive, maintain and follow up customer service calls using our CRM system to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Provide resolution thought troubleshooting, guidance and remote connection
  • CRM administration management – cases update, follow up, analysis
  • In-house hands-on activities on Highcon machines – PM, calibration, testing
  • Procedure and documentation creation

 

Requirements

  • ?Mechanical/electrical engineering student from a known academic institute with 2 years to graduation
  • Minimum of 25 hours a week
  • Very good English is a must
  • Intermediate level knowledge of operating systems software and applications
  • Working outside normal business hours at 2nd shifts and Fridays
  • Demonstrated writing/correspondence and customer communication skills
  • Ability to apply intermediate product subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of product, technical and application issues
  • Acts as an informed team member providing information collection and analysis
  • Availability to travel on semester breaks
