Role
Highcon is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our global support team, covering all post-sale customer support and relationship activities at specific sites
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact and partnership for our customers, starting from the PO through the onboarding, ramp up, and the project success
- New customer’s ramp-up process including training, nurturing, job basket analysis and technical support
- Routine performance analysis, proactive customer-facing, escalation management
- Customer CIP (continues improvement plan) definition, promotion and follow up
- Close work with the region’s support and sales teams and the HQ support, marketing, R&D and product teams
- Service Contracts and service activities coordination
Qualifications
- >4 years’ experience from multidisciplinary capital equipment companies - must
- Proven successful record in customer support/customer success position - must
- Technical degree from a known recognized institute
- Knowledge in print design CAD SW – an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - must
- Excellent social skills and service orientation
- Availability for travels ~40% of the time
- Ability to work in flexible time zones at times (America, Asia)
