Role

Highcon is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our global support team, covering all post-sale customer support and relationship activities at specific sites

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and partnership for our customers, starting from the PO through the onboarding, ramp up and the project success
  • New customer’s ramp-up process including training, nurturing, job basket analysis and technical support
  • Routine performance analysis, proactive customer-facing, escalation management
  • Customer CIP (continues improvement plan) definition, promotion and follow up
  • Close work with the region’s support and sales teams and the HQ support, marketing, R&D and product teams
  • Service Contracts and service activities coordination



Requirements

  • >4 years’ experience from multidisciplinary capital equipment companies - must
  • Proven successful record in customer support / customer success position - must
  • Technical degree from a known recognized institute
  • Knowledge in print design CAD SW – an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – must
  • Excellent social skills and service orientation
  • Most activities will be in the East Coast
  • Availability for travels ~40% of the time
  • Ability to work in flexible time zones at times (America, Asia)
