Highcon is a private company, founded in November 2009 by Aviv Ratzman and Michael Zimmer. Michael and Aviv have extensive experience within the finishing and the digital print markets, initially with Indigo NV and latterly HP.
Today, the Company is led by top executives with proven track records, including Shlomo Nimrodi, CEO, Aviv Ratzman, CMO and Strategic Account Manager, Dvir Harmelech, CTO and Head of R&D and Shmuel Haham, VP Operations. The Company’s business activities overseas are led by two seasoned executives from the Printing and Packaging industry, Jens Henrik Osmundsen and Michael Ciaramella.
Headquartered in Yavne, Israel, Highcon has developed a unique and proprietary technology for digital cutting and creasing solutions for post print processes in the Folding carton and Corrugated cartons industry. The Highcon Beam 2C is the latest machine in the Highcon portfolio. With a speed of up to 4,000 sheets per hour it handles corrugated board from 1mm to 4mm / 0.03 to 0.15″. It is available in two configurations – pallet based and with nonstop feeder, stacker and waste removal.
