To bridge the gap between design creativity and production capability with innovative digital technology that unleashes the power of paper.

Overview

Highcon is a private company, founded in November 2009 by Aviv Ratzman and Michael Zimmer. Michael and Aviv have extensive experience within the finishing and the digital print markets, initially with Indigo NV and latterly HP.

Headquartered in Yavne, Israel, Highcon has developed a unique patented converting solution for post print processes in graphic arts industries such as folding carton converting and commercial printing, based on its proprietary DART (Digital Adhesive Rule Technology). This digital cutting and creasing process brings all the benefits previously associated with digital prepress and printing workflow to the existing analogue finishing market.

Since the first Highcon Euclid installation in 2013, Highcon has installed digital cutting and creasing machines in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Highcon Beam digital cutting and creasing for mainstream production
The Highcon Beam extends the digital finishing revolution to mainstream production. With a speed of up to 5,000 sheets per hour, this breakthrough machine was developed as a robust solution to the challenges facing folding carton converters and print service providers.

Highcon Euclid III series application versatility made possible by digital cutting and creasing
The third-generation Highcon Euclid III machines address today’s operational challenges and answer tomorrow’s growth needs by opening the door to countless new opportunities in high value applications and markets;  The machines have been installed at customer sites all over the world producing a wide range of applications: blister cards, hanging cards, packages, greeting cards, pocket folders, collateral (brochures, flyers, invitations, business cards), POS wobblers, shelf-talkers, tags, beverage carriers, inserts, counter displays, etc.

  • The Highcon Euclid IIIS  digital cutting and creasing machine has been specifically engineered  to suit the needs of printers working in B2/29 in. format.
  • The Highcon Euclid IIIC digital cutting and creasing machines is suited to converters working in B1 or B2 format for corrugated and fluted substrates from 1 mm up to 3mm / 40-120pt.

Our Euclid was up and running within three days of delivery. The Highcon team was so well-prepared, their training and support have been outstanding, and when we have questions, we get answers in hours, not days. I have never had an installation go this well
